For example: Someone with a fixed mindset might think, “I’m just not good at this, so why not try?” Someone with a growth mindset would say, “I may not be good at this yet, but with practice I can improve

This small difference in perspective changes everything—from how you learn new skills to how you bounce back from failures.The good news is that mindset is not permanent you can shift it. Here are some steps.

Embrace challenges – See them as opportunities to grow rather than threats to your ability.

Reframe failure – Instead of “I failed,” say “I learned.” Every setback carries a lesson.

Celebrate progress, not just results – Growth takes time, and every step forward counts.

Surround yourself with growth-oriented people – The right environment encourages persistence and resilience.

Practice self-compassion – Speak to yourself with encouragement, not judgment.
